Refund and Return Policy

Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned. These include, but are not limited to, perishable goods (such as food or flowers), custom-made or personalized items, and sale or clearance items. We do not accept returns on gift cards or downloadable software products.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@GHT.co.in. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds

  • Inspection: After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If your return is approved, we will notify you via email. If it is not approved due to damage, signs of use, or missing original packaging, we will notify you of the rejection.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted. This can occur if items are returned not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges

  • Exchange Policy: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product, please follow the same process as initiating a return. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Lost or Damaged Returns: If the returned item is lost or damaged in transit, we are not responsible for any such loss or damage. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
